Scooter Scouts Spare The Air at the State Fair

Hi friends!
One of my favorite summer traditions is going to the California State Fair to celebrate my friend Poppy’s birthday!
The fair is full of fun, carnival rides, farm animals, tasty food, and lots of cool things to see. But one of my favorite parts is spotting all of the clean-air actions people take to get there. From taking public transit to carpooling, these small actions help us keep our air clean and Breathe Better Together.
That’s why I started Scooter Scouts – to show that clean air is a team effort and that kids can help, too! I love helping kids learn All About Air Pollution, so that they can help their friends and family understand air quality.
Anyone can be a Scooter Scout – it’s easy! Try clean-air actions like:
🚌 Riding the bus
🚲 Biking or walking with your family
💡 Turning off lights
📣 Sharing clean-air tips with friends
Each of these actions can make a difference!
If your family visits the California State Fair this summer, see if you can spot a fellow Scooter Scout making clean-air choices.
Until next time,

Scooter
P.S. Ask a grown-up to help you join Scooter Scouts and request a free activity book and badge! 🌳🐶
