Things That Make Me Feel Better on Smoggy Days

Hi friends!
I hope you are having fun in the sunshine. I love warm summer days, especially when the air is clean. But sometimes we have smoggy days. Smog can make it harder for people and pets like me to breathe.
When the air is not as clean, I like to look for signs that people are helping make it better.
One thing that makes me smile is seeing a big bus full of people. When people ride together instead of driving many cars, it helps keep the air cleaner.
I also like seeing people walk, ride bikes, or roll to places nearby. Every trip taken without a car helps reduce air pollution.
Sometimes I spot electric cars charging or cleaner buses driving through town. This technology is helping make the air cleaner than it was many years ago.
These things remind me that lots of people are working together to help improve air quality. You can help too! Walking, riding your bike or scooter, taking the bus, or carpooling with friends are small things that can make a difference.
What makes you feel hopeful on a smoggy day? Maybe you see someone riding a bike, planting flowers or a tree, or taking the bus. Every clean-air action counts.
Until next time,

Scooter
